On the path to a more EP Friendly Firm

We have decided to expand and update our employee manual to be intentional in our support of emerging professionals. We are using as a framework the national AIA YAF Guide for developing EP Friendly Firms. https://issuu.com/.../aia_yaf_ep_friendly_firm_program... We hope that this initiative will soon become a state-wide program to encourage and recognize EP Friendly Firms and we plan to play our part in promoting it.
