SPA begins using a new tool for early Energy Modeling

We have added a new tool to help inform early design exploration and decision making as we seek to increase the energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of our buildings. Sefaira works with SketchUp and allows us to quickly test and compare options when we’re still in Concept Design and helps us prepare for a smoother transition to later, more intensive modeling through our consultant partners.
