Habitat NOVA Partnership

In partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia (Habitat NOVA), Sanchez Palmer Architects has provided pro-bono design and construction documents for five Earth Craft certified homes, two of which are featured in the video below. We also provide master planning services for multifamily projects in an effort support the mission of homeownership. Habitat NOVA provides an avenue for families to purchase their homes. These families apply for homes and must qualify for a home mortgage. Typically, these families fall into the category of not having enough income to purchase a home on the open market but having too much income to receive housing assistance.
